By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. Pixelvate App Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the Pixelvate app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully.

• You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks.
• You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.
• The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Pixelvate.com.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Digital Services Terms

• Service Delivery: Hosting and Domain services are activated immediately or within 24 hours of payment verification.
• Content Policy: You agree not to use our hosting services for any illegal activities, including hosting prohibited content, malware, or copyright-infringing material.
• Application Development: For custom software or apps, the specific scope of work, timeline, and support period will be defined in the project agreement. Unauthorized attempts to extract source code or resell our proprietary software are strictly prohibited.
• Data Backup: While we maintain server backups, the ultimate responsibility for data safety lies with the user.

Bulk SMS & Voice Call Policy

• Compliance: All Bulk SMS and Voice Call services must comply with the guidelines set by the BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission).
• Prohibited Content: Sending spam, fraudulent messages, political propaganda (without permission), or offensive content is strictly forbidden.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately if any suspicious or illegal broadcasting activity is detected.

Hardware & Equipment (CCTV, DVR, IP Phones)

• Product Quality: We ensure that all hardware (CCTV, DVR, XVR, IP Phones) is genuine and tested before delivery/installation.
• Warranty: Warranty for hardware is provided as per the manufacturer's policy. Physical damage, burn, or unauthorized repair attempts void the warranty.
• Installation: Installation services are provided at a scheduled time. Pixelvate is not responsible for issues arising from third-party electrical or internet infrastructure.

Delivery & Collection

• Hardware Delivery: For physical products, we aim to deliver within 3–7 working days for items in stock.
• Collection Deadline: If you choose to collect products from our office, they must be picked up within 10 working days of notification.
• Failure to Collect: If a product is not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to sell it to recover expenses.

Payment, Refund & Complaints

• Payment: We accept BDT and USD via authorized channels in compliance with Bangladesh Bank and Ministry of Commerce guidelines.
• Refunds: For digital services (Hosting/SMS), refunds are only applicable if the service fails to activate. For hardware, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must inform us within 24 hours. Verified refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
• Complaints: Direct all complaints to our hotline at +880 9647 487980 or email [email protected]. Issues older than 3 months will not be entertained.

Prohibited Activities

You are strictly forbidden from:

• Using the site or services for illegal purposes under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our server systems.
• Uploading malicious software or viruses.
• Using Bulk SMS for "phishing" or "scamming."

Limitation of Liability

Pixelvate.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as loss of data or profit) arising from the use of our digital services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question during the preceding six months.

Prohibited Goods

Certain products are restricted by the Bangladesh government and cannot be imported through our standard process. If you require such an item, please contact us directly before placing an order. Ordering a prohibited item from the website will result in immediate order cancellation.

Terms of Use

1. Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our sole discretion.
2. Website Use: You must be 18 years of age or older, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to download, modify, or resell any portion of it for commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities: Using the site for illegal purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or uploading malicious software (viruses) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You agree that you are accessing our site at your own risk. To the fullest extent provided by applicable law, Pixelvate.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of this site. We will not be responsible for any actions of sellers or any dispute between you and a seller. Our liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in connection with your use of the site during the six-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.
